The referral code gives 5% off ordered products. The discount does not apply to shipping costs.
Your referral code is generated during checkout, but it becomes active and visible in your account only once your order receives the status fulfilled (shipped).
You can find your referral code after logging into your Micadoni customer account, once your order has received the status fulfilled (shipped).
You can share and use your code from the moment the order on which it was generated receives the status fulfilled (shipped).
The code can be used by any customer. There are no restrictions on who can use it.
Yes. You can use your own code for your own order.
If your code is used on an order and that order receives the status fulfilled (shipped), store credit equal to 5% of the amount paid for the products will be added to your account, excluding shipping costs.
Store credit is added only once the order placed using your code receives the status fulfilled (shipped).
Store credit is calculated based on the amount the customer actually pays for the products after discounts have been applied. Shipping costs are not included in the calculation.
Store credit is granted in the currency you use in the store. This may be EUR or PLN.
Each credited amount is valid for 1 year from the date it is granted.
Yes. Store credit granted for different orders is added together in your account.
No. Each credited amount has its own expiry date and expires separately, 1 year from the date it is granted.
You can check your available store credit by logging into your Micadoni customer account.
If you have active store credit, the relevant option will appear in your cart during checkout. Store credit can be used for online purchases at micadoni.com.
Yes. If you have available store credit, you can use it on future orders in the store.
Yes. The referral code can be used together with other promotions available in the store.
If an order placed using your code is cancelled or returned, the store credit assigned to that order will be cancelled.
No. Store credit cannot be withdrawn and can only be used for online purchases at micadoni.com.
Yes. Your referral code and store credit are linked to your customer account, so having an account is necessary to take part in the program.
No. Consent to email and phone communication is not required to participate in the program. It is used only to receive information about your referral code and the amount of store credit granted. Phone messages are sent via WhatsApp.
No. The referral code itself does not expire. You can use it without time limit. Only store credit has an expiry date.
