We apologize if your product arrived damaged or if some items are missing. Our aim is to always deliver products that meet our customers' expectations. Nonetheless, if you find that our product is defective, please reach out to us and file a complaint. We will do our best to address your concerns and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, you are entitled to certain rights if the sold goods do not conform to the contract.
In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, you have the right to file a complaint – via email: help@micadoni.com or through the contact form.
As a rule, we are responsible for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that existed at the time of delivery and was revealed within two years from that moment.
Based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, you may request:
a) replacement of the goods,
b) repair of the goods.
In certain cases, you may submit a statement of:
a) withdrawal from the contract,
b) price reduction,
particularly when:

  • the seller refused to repair or replace the goods,
  • the seller did not repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience,
  • the goods are still defective despite attempts at repair or replacement by the seller,
  • the defect in the goods is significant enough to justify withdrawal from the contract or a price reduction without prior repair or replacement,
  • it is clearly evident from the seller’s statement or the circumstances that the defect will not be remedied within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience.
    The reduced price should correspond to the actual value of the goods. You cannot withdraw from the contract if the defect is insignificant – unless we are unable to prove this.
    Please remember to provide us with detailed information about the product concerned and the issues so that they can be identified, e.g., by indicating:
    a) order number;
    b) reference number assigned to the specific product;
    c) detailed description of the problem;
    d) materials showing the reported problem (e.g., in the form of photos/videos);
    Additionally, in the case of a complaint regarding the transport of goods, you can also provide the delivery document and the damage report, which will significantly speed up its processing.
