• No Right of Withdrawal: All products customized or configured by the customer using our online sofa configurator (including specific choices of model, layout, fabric type, and color) are fully excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason (pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
• Cancellation Costs During Production: If a cancellation request is submitted for a customized or configured product after production has already begun, or after it has been dispatched from the factory, Micadoni reserves the right to deduct the actual costs already incurred (including material costs, production setup, and logistics).

The 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery applies exclusively to standard products (ready-made, non-customized items) purchased by consumers or individual sole traders (provided the purchase does not have a professional/commercial purpose for them).

• Exclusive Authorized Transport: Due to safety reasons and the bulky nature of furniture, all returns are arranged exclusively via Micadoni’s authorized transport partners. Independent returns via standard postal or courier services will not be accepted.
• Deduction of Return Shipping Fee: The return shipping cost is covered by the buyer. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount in accordance with the official pricing lists below:

Return Transport Fees — Poland (PLN):

• Up to 299 PLN order value: 29 PLN return fee
• 300 – 1,199 PLN order value: 129 PLN return fee
• 1,200 – 3,999 PLN order value: 349 PLN return fee
• 4,000 – 6,999 PLN order value: 499 PLN return fee
• 7,000 PLN and above order value: 649 PLN (max) return fee

Return Transport Fees — Other EU Countries (DE, FR, IT, ES, AT, NL):

• Up to 49 € order value: 19 € return fee
• 50 – 399 € order value: 39 € return fee
• 400 – 898 € order value: 149 € return fee
• 899 – 1,498 € order value: 249 € return fee
• 1,499 € and above order value: 299 € (max) return fee
• Failed Pickup Attempt: If the carrier cannot collect the furniture due to a lack of preparation by the customer or the customer's unavailability during the agreed time window, a fee for a re-pickup attempt will apply.

• Packaging Protection: Returned products must be properly protected for transport (in accordance with Micadoni's packing instructions). Original packaging is not mandatory, but equivalent protective packaging must be used to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.
• Withholding of Refund (Art. 13(3)): Pursuant to Article 13(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU, Micadoni reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned furniture physically arrives at our warehouse and undergoes a condition inspection. The final settlement will be processed within 14 days of completing the inspection.
• Diminished Value Deductions: If the furniture is returned damaged, soiled, or carelessly packed, the refund amount will be proportionally reduced based on the actual condition of the goods according to the guidelines below:
  • 0% deduction: Product undamaged, in original-like condition, carefully packed.
  • Up to 15% deduction: Product carelessly packed (not following packing instructions).
  • Minimum 25% deduction: Product slightly damaged or soiled.
  • Minimum 50% deduction: Product damaged or clearly soiled.
