The warranty applies to confirmed manufacturing defects that arise within the applicable warranty period.
Some changes are a natural result of living with furniture. Others result from impact, overloading, or use outside the product's intended purpose. These are not classified as manufacturing or material defects.
• Cushion softening and reshaping. Seat foam gradually softens under regular sitting pressure. Back cushions, decorative pillows and seat cushions may also change shape with use. These are natural changes in soft components.
• Pressure on structural parts. Frames, backrest structures and armrests are not designed as seating, standing or jumping surfaces. Damage caused by sitting, jumping or pushing on these parts is considered misuse.
• Removing fabric covers. Fabric covers are not removable. Use any internal zipper only to insert the filling; do not use it to remove the cover.
• Changes in fabric color. Upholstery may gradually change shade, particularly when exposed to light, which can bleach the pigment. Keep sofas away from heat sources and consider their exposure to strong light when choosing where to place them.
• Tears, snags and loose buttons. Fabric torn during use is mechanical damage, not a fabric defect. Decorative buttons can also be pulled out through external interference or by snagging on clothing.
• Scratches on hard surfaces. Marks and scratches that develop through everyday use on legs, tables, and other hard furniture parts are considered normal wear.
• Overloading and jumping. A wooden frame should not break during normal use within the model’s maximum stated weight. Exceeding that limit or jumping on the sofa voids warranty coverage.
• Storage compartment damage. Move furniture with a storage compartment using two people. Damage to the base may occur if one person moves the furniture or if you force items inside.
• Overfilled storage. Storage compartments have a maximum total capacity of 2 kg. Exceeding this limit or forcing items inside can cause staples to pop out and is not covered.
• Damaged leg threads. Each leg uses a wooden base, internal thread, and metal top secured to the frame with screws. A pulled or stripped thread results from exceeding the stated weight limit or loading the legs unevenly, rather than normal use.
You can extend your cover when placing your order. At checkout, choose an additional one or two years beyond the standard warranty period.
The extended warranty is optional, giving you a simple way to keep warranty support in place for longer. Select the option that suits how long you would like the additional cover to last.
